Good Company Supper Club
About
Good Company Supper Club is chef Daryl Claire Surtees’s plant-forward London dinner series, combining evidence-based nutrition with bold, playful cooking and a strong social purpose. Daryl develops menus that make vegetables, beans and plant-based proteins feel celebratory rather than worthy, using techniques such as puréeing, confiting, frying, dehydrating and glazing.

Vibe
Daryl Claire Surtees is a plant-forward private chef with a nutrition background, and Good Company is where that turns celebratory: four courses built around Juicy Marbles steaks, tenderloins and ribs, including sticky-date, five-spice hoisin-glazed baby ribs. Wine pairings and cocktails are optional, the music keeps going after dessert, and past tables have been mostly women, with a good number of solo diners who left having made connections.
