Hosted by Tabs is Tabea Riek’s seasonal supper-club project in Hackney, built around produce-led sharing plates and the social energy of a long communal table. Her cooking moves freely between influences rather than following a single regional cuisine, with dishes such as burnt leeks and hazelnut ajo blanco, pickled mushrooms, cavolo nero, and glazed strawberries with feta crème.

Tabea cooks what the season gives and plates it to share down one long table. Dates go out to the mailing list first, so the room is mostly people who already follow her cooking and their plus-ones.
