Saliha Khan Sadozai cooks between two places: Pakistani flavours, British seasonal produce, and plenty of context at the table. The Azadi Supper Club with Wataan marked Pakistani independence with achari beans and laban, grilled-pepper bhel, watermelon carpaccio, Lahori fried-fish tacos and a Chaunsa mango sundae, and guests called it a dream party. Supper clubs are on hiatus through September, though catering stays open for autumn and winter.
